How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month to month leases. No long term commitment required.
When can I get to my belongings?
Our access hours are 7 Days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We offer 24 hour access for commercial accounts only.
How much notice must be given when I move out?
We require no notice to move out, we simply ask you to drop your key into the lock box so we know you have moved out.
Do you offer a mover?
No, however, we are an excellent resource for local movers, contact our office so we can best serve you.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website. You may also arrange to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card or checking account. Please ask your manager about setting this option up for you.
What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet you needs. We offer 5X5, 5X10, 10X10, 10X15, 10X20, and 12X30. Give us a call as we usually offer discounts and move in specials for most storage units.
How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, auto drafting, money orders, and cash.
Do you offer services for household and business customers?
We are a leader in the industry and have services for both household and business customers.
Do you sell boxes and moving supplies?
Yes, our facility offers a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies at discount prices.
Do you have an onsite manager?
Yes, our management team is onsite to assist you in all your storage needs.
Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
Yes, we sell specialized locks that cannot be cut.
Do you offer RV, boat, car and motorcycle parking?
Yes, we offer parking for RV's, boats, vehicles, and motorcycles.
Do you offer drive-up access units?
Yes, all of our non-climate controlled units are drive-up accessible.
Do you have climate controlled units?
Yes, we have just completed a brand new climate controlled building.
